Tom Hamilton has over 40 years’ experience originating and supervising loan originators in Retail, Wholesale and New Home Builder relations with a Mortgage Banking perspective. He is familiar with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, CalHFA and many other investor guidelines.
His guiding principal is to "Sell as You Would be Sold." Which means the goal is to treat all customers the same way you would want to be treated if you were the customer. He also believes in providing "Total Customer Satisfaction" to all customers, clients and co-workers. Because we all need each other we are all each other's customers.
For recreation Tom enjoys cross country skiing and mountain hiking. From 1999 to 2018 Tom has been a Mentor for undergraduate students at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business where he graduated with a BS degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
