My experience has been in every aspect of lending including personal banking and consumer loans, servicing mortgage loans, processing/underwriting mortgage loans, managing a major Real Estate office and managing a major Real Estate pipeline. I have been licensed by the Department of Real Estate since 1994 and had obtained my California Notary Public in 1993 and my FHA Direct Endorsement Chums Id number in 1999.
