I've been in the mortgage industry for over 29 years. I have in depth experience with credit profiles and credit reports, working with past and current credit matters, including bankruptcies, late payments, lack of credit (first timers), seasoning requirements on foreclosures and short sales. Also interpreting tax returns, both personal and business returns, including (1120's) (K-1's) and investment property income both owned personally and by an LLC. I have originated and structured a variety of loans: Construction to permanent, FHA/VA, CalHFA, Conventional, USDA, manufactured home Loans, and FHA 203K Rehab loans and commercial financing.
